Following the assessment, we will provide a detailed quote covering costs, materials, and expected timelines. We will be clear upfront about the materials, cost, timeline, and installation process.
- • Negotiation & Agreement: If you are satisfied with our estimate, we will discuss, plan and negotiate pricing, materials, timelines, etc. Once both parties agree, we will draw up a formal contract with all of the information and details of the project.
- • Project Execution: At this point, LOA's actual roofing work begins. This phase includes ordering materials, scheduling the work, and executing the roofing project as per the agreed specifications that you agreed to for the installation.
