"If home improvement projects went this smoothly, I would do more of them. Our insurance denied the claim. Jay did a conference call with the adjuster to politely and professionally explain why the roof needed replacing. She came out herself for a second inspection. Claim approved! I find all the paperwork and payment process confusing. He walked me through that, as well.
The crew noticed our roof wasn’t as vented as it should be. They added more venting, no extra charge. When inspecting the powered vent in the attic, Jay noticed the exhaust vent disconnected from my heater which is a big safety problem. He fixed it no charge. He also brought down some boxes that I needed to move..."
