If home improvement projects went this smoothly, I would do more of them. Our insurance denied the claim. Jay did a conference call with the adjuster to politely and professionally explain why the roof needed replacing. She came out herself for a second inspection. Claim approved! I find all the paperwork and payment process confusing. He walked me through that, as well. The crew noticed our roof wasn’t as vented as it should be. They added more venting, no extra charge. When inspecting the powered vent in the attic, Jay noticed the exhaust vent disconnected from my heater which is a big safety problem. He fixed it no charge.

As a first time home owner with no experience in how to make claims and start the process of getting a new roof I was scared to the point of avoiding what needed to get done after the bad hail storm. August Walker did an amazing job walking me through each step along the way. He answered all my questions and calmed my concerns. They inspected my roof and drove from Austin to Belton just to be there with the ins inspector, and followed up with me in person after the roof was installed.
