We recently bought a home and unfortunately the roofers the sellers chose a little over 10 years ago we’re less than stellar. There were exposed nails and loose shingles everywhere. Matt P was our project manager. He showed up the day we called to... inspect the roof, took dozens of photos, and got us a quote next day. They started work when it worked with our schedule, they took only 2 days to complete the work, cleaned all debris (including a metal-detector walkthrough of our neighbors yards to be safe), and were communicative through the whole process. They’ve even followed up to make sure we have rain diverters where we need them now that we’ve had some time to gauge where the rain falls heaviest off the house. All in all a great experience and we’ve already recommended them to a friend needing a replacement.read more

I had strange buckling in my Sheetrock ceiling of a home with no attic. The Sheetrock tape had dropped down but there was no discoloration indicative of water damage. I had called another company first who recommended expensive total replacement... of all the roof’s screws and gaskets. The roof was barely three years old. So I called LOA. Brittany answered and did a great job of getting me a same day appointment. Mike came out and got up on my metal roof in 100 degree heat. He checked it out thoroughly and saw no need for repair. But, he identified a plumbing vent stack in the same area as my problem. He told me what he found. Said he could add more sealant to try to fix the problem but that it wasn’t really in bad shape. After I approved he got the job completed very efficiently. Charge was 100% less than the initial quote. Great company for responsive, on time, professional, honest service.read more
